Asha Hosts HRH The Prince Edward
Asha’s 30th year celebration started on February 7, 2018 with His Royal Highness, The Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex KG GCVO, at our Jeevan Nagar centre. HRH was delighted to learn about Asha’s work in health, education and community empowerment.
He complimented them by saying, “I think you [Asha] are doing a wonderful work”.

Celebrating the Young Achievers of Asha
February 8, 2018 marked the second day of the celebrations. The Honourable British High Commissioner to India, Sir Dominic Asquith KCMG and Lady Louise Asquith were very kind to host Asha at their residence over a cocktail evening. The theme was to celebrate Asha’s young University students titled- "Slums to University". The highlight of the evening was the inauguration of Asha Alumni Association, the first of its kind for slum children.
